"Do I need an Appointment to try on gowns?"
We strive for excellence in customer service, and give all our brides the attention they deserve. We know that the gown you select to wear on your wedding day is the single most important garment you will ever wear, and that our job is to help you "tell your story"! For us to be able to accomplish this properly, time management is essential! While we encourage our brides to come and browse our gorgeous selection of wedding gowns and accessories during the week(Wednesday-Thursday-Friday), an appointment is not neccesary. However, weekends are a very busy time at the boutique, so to keep our standard of customer care, an appointment is reccomended for Saturday and Sundays.
Do you accept "Walk-ins" for trying on dresses?
We gladly accept walk ins for browsing, and if time permits, trying on our inventory. If you require or desire additional time to select a dress, a return visit appointment might be needed to insure your needs are met. Please allow extra time on our busy days as we might be busy with an appointment.
Beginning January 2019, a date/time hold reservation deposit will be required for prime Appointments. We will post an update in December.
